Maths/Writing Wizards

Maths/ Writing Wizards is a club led by Mr. Kaitell (Headteacher). It takes place either afterschool or during lunchtime. It is usually centred on myths and legends as a stimulus. The children have the opportunity to create objects and artefacts; providing them with experiences which they later write about. The children have the opportunity to write in a range of different ways and for different purposes and audiences.

Last year, the club has focussed upon journalism and decided to create a newspaper.

This year, parents are accompanying their children and taking part in magical mathematical activities.
