Coronavirus (COVID-19) catch-up premium
(COVID-19) catch-up premium grant in academic years 2020-2024
- how it is intended that the grant will be spent – we will be focussing upon children’s emotional, social, and academic needs which have been affected by the pandemic. Children have been identified using Thrive Approach Online screening; PiXL assessments; PM Benchmark; Sandwell Maths, and Pastoral referrals.
- how the effect of this expenditure on the educational attainment of those pupils at the school will be assessed – we are using our embedded system of assessment, tracking and monitoring. Children’s baseline assessments are being used to indicate starting points and our exit data/ observations/ professional discussions will demonstrate the impact that any interventions have had.
